Genereally when there were staff we got our questions answered but smiling faces were not very obvious. The Apartments were top value, spacious and the kitchens were all you need and more. Serviced daily, good baths, showers and clean towels and a GREAT firm bed - located right near a train station and very close to attractions about a 15 to 20 minute walk, we couldnt have imagined a better way to spend out christmas and the staff were a just lovely....
