No pudimos entrar al hotel a la hora convenida por ellos las 14 h.. en un primer momento que hasta las 14 nada eran menos diez. Despues que habian tenido algun problema que hasta y diez no se podia. Finalmente nos dijeron que era mejor que nos fueramos a comer dar una vuelta porque no sabian a que hora nos la darian. Ademas en la reserva puse clara...
