The block of flats welcomes its guests to rooms which were renovated in 2009. The beautiful gardens in the exterior part of the block offer a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Comprising 36 apartments, the air-conditioned hotel also features a lobby, currency exchange facilities, a newspaper stand, TV lounge, children's playground, café, bar and restaurant. Guests can keep in touch via the WLAN Internet access (for a fee) and hire bicycles on site. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the free parking. The one and two-bedroom apartments are spacious, tasteful and arranged with style. They are decorated in light, colourful tones and designed with emphasis on comfort and aesthetics.
