En el Parador bien, en general el personal amable, pero al llegar a la recepción mi reserva no estaba cursada la hice un poco antes y no hicieron nada por ayudarnos a gestionar el problema o mostrar empatía ante la situación.

He estado otras veces en este parador pero en esta ocasión tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado y el minibar estaba apagado. No es que me hiciera falta pero podría haberlo usado. De estas deficiencias dejé nota en el Parador.
