Instalações do hotel muito datadas e sem manutenção. Tudo muito velho e usado. Mau cheiro no apartamento com manchas de mofo e pintava água do tecto. O meu marido escorregou e caiu. Fomos com TI e as refeições eram boas. Os empregados são simpáticos....

O hotel é bom. Precisa de umas obras mas os espaços são espaçosos. A praia não é longe mas a pé demora uns 20 minutos ou mais. Em relação ao barulho do Albufeira Shoping, não tive problemas, embora haja algum ruído de manhã. Gostei da comida, piscina e das pessoas, a animação.é fraca. Também sugiro colocar mais umas mesas no bar do 4 andar.

Exmos Srs. So quero acrescentar para alem do bom serviço da empregada do hotel, a Sra. Yolanda, todo o serviço deixou muito a desejar, desde apresentarem serviços no vosso site, que no local, nao estao disponiveis. Ao nivel das instalaçoes, um pouco deterioradas, como por exemplo, a porta do frigorifico partida, e a higiene da casa de banho tambem ...
