NO LO HAGÁIS LA RESERVA FATÍDICO HOTEL!!!! Lo primero al llegar al hotel nos piden 4€ de la tasa razonable y 100€ por si rompes algo q en ningún lado habla de ese dinero, cuando llegamos a la habitación que ni el botones sabía donde estaba entrábamos y la habitación súper cutre no tenía gel de baño, estaba roto el secador no había mando de la tele ...

Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación y vistas, todo lo demás patético, el servicio, bebidas o comidas, nefasto. El agrado de los empleados jajaja brillante por su ausencia. Una cola vergonzosa solo para el chek-In, colas para todo. Insisto, patético.

Ustedes me conocéis desde hace años y no estay acostumbrado que de queja esta apartahotel es la segunda vez que he estado pero no volveré nunca más personal estirado y con mal humor un apartamento con dos plantas cuarto de baño con azulejos partido sucio, bañera pintada a rulo, luz del techo un agujero y la bombilla colgando, cabeza de cama de 2 me...

Os primeiros 3 dias foram muito negativos, principalmente devido á falta de limpeza geral nas piscinas, restaurante, espaço comuns, etc. à exceção do apartamento, alimentação pouco variada, longas filas para tudo e ao fato de não existir qualquer sitio aberto entre as 10h30 e as 12h para beber uma simples agua. Depois, entrarem duas novas senhoras...

Havia dificuldade de comunicação pois maior parte dos empregados não falavam português, desde a recepção até aos da manutenção. Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado do quarto, o qual não foi resolvido deramnos uma ventoinha devido ao funcionário não falar português o que dificultou a comunicação. Tudo o resto não há nada a apontar.

La comida muy poca variedad, los apartamentos no todos tienen cocina, mucha humedad en la habitación, en el todo incluido no incluyen cócteles si los quieres los tienes que pagar solo incluye marcas de la casa, refrescos y zumos. Lo único bueno que está cerca de la playa.

Hotel pésimo, habitaciones con óxido y humedades enchufes que no funcionan. suciedad. Personal muy antipático. Buffet muy poca variedad y tienes que esperar que repongan. Tienes que hacer cola para comer. No hay acceso minusválido muy inaccesible. Nada recomendable.
