Excelente resort, con una atención exquisita por parte de todo el personal. Spa con unas vistas espectaculares a la bahia de Pollença. Zonas comedor y pisicinas delimitadas para adultos, y familias con niños. Muy recomendable.

El hotel muy bien en general, el grupo de animacion de noche muy flojo, i lo mas triste es que te cobran 2 euros por medio litro de agua en las comidas, teniendo en cuenta que el hotel ya es muy caro de por si, por lo demás muy bonito y servicio y trato con el personal muy correcto.

Lo hemos pasado muy bien, pero la playa que esta en frente del hotel es muy mala y al estar tan proximo a la Albufera hay muchos mosquitos, por lo demas todo muy bien.

Poca variedad en el restaurante bufet. No es comida de hotel de 4 estrellas. Demasiada gente. Había que hacer colas super largas para entrar en el comedor.

Estancia en agosto de 2009. Al tratarse de un Resort, la tranquilidad es nota predominante, aunque no exento de actividades lúdicas muy variadas para todas las edades. Las habitaciones son relativamente pequenas,lo peor es la comida de los bufets y lo incomodas que son las camas y sobre todo las almohadas,son como tablones. Las instalaciones del hotel estan muy bien,y el personal,sobre todo camareros simpatiquisimos. El personal que atiende a los ninos no hablanada de espanol.
