The arrival at reception was poor. We had hit a low point on staff levels as only one person was dealing with checkins and answering the phone. Genereally when there were staff we got our questions answered but smiling faces were not very obvious. I had a good time in Barcelona. Thank you very much. The service was great and the staff are very kind. But I think the hotel should prepare some special things for the people from Asian, particularly China and Japan, for example the adapters and scales. Anyway, thank you very much.

Good hotel with nice surroundings. Food is quite good too. Better to take half board. Superior room with nice pool view is worth the little extra. 15 E deposit per pool towel is bit exagerated!. If you take 3 or 4 it all becomes a bit ridiculous!.
