Deficiente estado del apartamento. Muebles deteriorados. Segunda habitación inexistente. Menaje inadecuado para la capacidad del apartamento. Secador sin posibilidad de ser enchufado. Sin capacidad de regular el aire acondicionado de la planta baja.
