Como siempre hotel centrico y cómodo, perfecto para visitar Bilbao, personal amable y eficaz, limpio, habitaciones grandes y silenciosas, camas cómodas, desayuno variado y abundante, wifi gratuito, aparcamiento de pago en el hotel, pues en la zona es imposible aparcar.

Hotel muuuy bien situado, está cerca del casco antiguo, de la zona del Guggenheim y en los alrededores hay muchos bares donde desayunar o poder tomar un pintxo. Lo único malo fue que no tenían cama de matrimonio.

Buena situación cerca del casco viejo y del Guggenheim. Nos dieron una habitacion sin reformar que necesita una buena mano de pintura. Lo peor fueron las camas con colchones durisimos y ruidosos.
