Hotel bastante acolhedor, com um excelente staff. Apenas realço um ponto negativo para a limpeza dos quartos. As casas de banho duche bem como, o chão de todo o espaço foram muitas vezes mal limpos se o foram de facto. Relativamente aos restantes serviços apenas tenho a dizer pontos positivos. Pontos fortes, hotel, quartos inclusive em bom estado, ...

Desde a reserva à estadia correu tudo lindamente. Em relação ao hotel gostamos de tudo mas sobretudo da piscina para as crianças num espaço bastante agradável, a equipa de animação e o hotel é no geral bastante agradável. Em termos de opção de alimentação para crianças é que é reduzida.

La verdad es que no nos ha gustado que la mayoría del personal no es español, te sientes extranjero en españa, las señoras de la limpieza te despiertan cada mañana a las 9.30 o las 10, la comida es italiana no española y en general todo el hotel es italiano hasta los shows de la noche y de dia para niños todo todo italiano, solo se ven 2 canales bi...
