El trato del personal del hotel ha sido excelente, el hotel está muy bien, muy limpio. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena porque está muy próximo al aeropuerto, y aunque parezca que va a ser ruidoso la verdad es que se puede descansar sin problema la zona en la que está el hotel es muy tranquila y proximo a la playa y zona de tiendas.
