La desinfección y limpieza a la orden del día. Muy preparado el hotel en cuestión de prevención al covid19. Con lo que no se está conforme es con el menú tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, ésta principalmente. El atendimiento en general es muy bueno, así como la comida. No obstante, destacaría algunos detalles no tan positivos: * No se controlan a algunos hooligans que juegan en las piscinas molestando a los demás usuarios. * El parque infantil está incompleto falta el columpio. * La tapicería de algunas sillas del comedor están sucias.

La estancia fue fenomenal..muy bien las habitaciones, aunque pongan otra papelera porfi... En un día especial en el comedor pongan PLATANO FRITO CON UN POQUITO DE GOFIO..Q ESTA DE RECHUPETE,QUE SEPAN QUE ESTO ES TENERIFE!. Muy agradable el personal y muy atento a las necesidades de sus clientes. Una gran felicitación a todos. Gracias y un saludo.
