El entorno a pesar de estar entre polígonos es muy bonito con mucho verde para pasear. El hotel muy acogedor y las instalaciones muy bien. Lo recomendaría sin duda. Lo que me gusto mucho fue la habitación abuhardillada.

En el Parque tecnológico en las afueras de Bilbao, cerca del aeropuerto. Ha cambiado el propietario y se nota. faltan reformas, la gastronomía en un nivel bajo.

en general todo correcto, el personal de recepción muy atentos i de exquisita amabilidad, si bien en la habitación había mucha presencia de mosquitos y una cierta dejadez en la limpieza del hotel. Los desayunos muy correctos con los pinchos, la cena de media pensión también aceptable, a pesar que tuvimos un pequeño incidente con una ensalada de atú...
