Ubicación perfecta para visitar Disneyland sin tener que pagar un dineral en los hoteles Disney, parada de tren a 50m. Del hotel y de ahí al parque una sola parada con una duración de unos tres minutos, a unos cinco minutos andando del centro comercial Valdeurope en el que encuentras de todo, wifi gratis en todo el hotel.

El servicio al cliente del hotel es muy amable. Nos atendió una señorita llamada Clara que hablaba muy bien español y que además era muy amable y servicial. Las instalaciones son fantásticas, sus habitaciones muy acogedoras, limpias y muy bien equipadas. El único problema que tuve fue con el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba el controlador y pase m...

El personal de recepción del Hotel no tiene educación ninguna. Nos menospreciaron por el simple hecho de ser españoles y además nos lo dijeron en nuestra cara. No cambiaron las sábanas ninguno de los 5 dias que estuvimos en el Hotel. El papel higiénico lo teníamos que pedir en recepción y nos ponían malas caras. No recomiendo este Hotel a nadie aun...

He pasado unos dias en Disney con mi hija, y la situacion del Hotel es genial a una parada del parque. El aparthotel tambien muy bien, lo unico que no me ha gustado es que en los cuatro dias que hemos estado no han venido ni a vaciar la papelera. Por lo demas muy bien.
