Argyll Dunoon is located in Dunoon, Inveraray. This hotel is situated in Dunoon, on the West Coast of Scotland on the beautiful Cowal Peninsula. The bar and restaurant are open all day. From the Clyde Suite and dining room guests can enjoy the magnificient views of the Clyde and beyond. The hotel was renovated in 2007 and it offers a lobby area, lift access, conference facilities and WLAN Internet access. Each room has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer. Internet access, individually regulated heating, a colour TV, radio, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone and an iron and ironing board come in all rooms as standard. There is a lift to all floors. Entertainment is available during the season. For an additional fee, guests may take part in diving, sailing, canoeing, squash, aerobics, archery, riding, biking, pool/snooker or golf. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet while lunch and dinner may be selected from set or à la carte menus. The hotel is situated in the centre of town, beside the Caledonian MacBrayne Ferry terminal, which offers an hourly service and is linked by train to the main towns. Western Ferries, offering a half-hourly service (more frequent at peak times) is only 3.2 km away and has a city link bus service to Glasgow and Edinburgh.
