El único fallo es que la habitación que me tocó daba a un patio donde estaban las makinas de aire acondicionado con el ruido que conlleva dichas máquinas.

Un poco incomodo si vas con grandes maletas. Tiene bastantes escalones tanto al entrar como en las plantas para llegar a ciertas habitaciones.

Mi opinión es buena en general, las instalaciones están muy bien, la habitación muy límpia y el trato con el cliente es agradable. El único inconveniente de este hotel, o más bien es una opinión personal, es que las obras las intente hacer entre semana y a ser posible por la tarde, ya que el sábado por la mañana me despertó un taladro y ruidos, el...

Me ha parecio un hotel precioso muy bien ubicado, el personal del hotel encantador y la cama super cómoda tiene bañera en la habitacion lo q permite darse un baño relajante que en los hoteles más modernos ya no es posible porque solo tienen ducha. Lo recomiendo y si necesito volver a ferrol me volvere a hospedar en el.

Me parece que la relación de las estrellas con el hotel no se corresponden. Los pasillos muy estrechos. Habitación pequeña con vistas a un patio interior muy pequeño (poca luz). Moqueta muy deteriorada. Resaltar la buena calidad del desayuno, que si se correspondería con un hotel de 4 estrellas.
