El hotel en general, está bien conservado. La habitación que nos dieron era bastante pequeña. Alguna vez comimos en el hotel y hay unas bonitas vistas desde los salones, aunque hay variedad, la calidad se queda un poco floja.

Muy buena ubicación para conocer Madeira. La habitación era grande y tenía una terraza, tenía moqueta. La piscina preciosa y estaba muy limpia. El personal muy atento en todo momento.

Interesante por el precio y bien cuidado. Todos amables y complacientes. El restaurante todo muy bueno. Lo peor que encontramos fue el desayuno buffet poco variado.

Para um hotel de 5 estrelas, esperava mais. Camas mal feitas, lençóis de baixo sempre a sair do colchão. Lençol com edredon, não dando possibilidade de ficar só de lençol quando está calor. SPA uma desilusão água da piscina fria, espaço sempre com porta aberta, frio. Banho turco com cheiro a esgoto não pudemos, sequer, utilizar.

Por el precio que pagamos por un cinco estrellas no está mal. Realmente le haría falta una reforma casi a todo el hotel para la categoría que tiene pero lo hemos pasado muy bien.
