Orlando International Airport and downtown Orlando are both within 30 minutes easy drive. Hampton Lakes also has a recreational area, which includes tennis, volleyball, childrenâ?Ts play area, picnic area and swimming pool. There are a number of small, good quality family restaurants along Highway 192, if the guests require a wider variety of food, then a ride to downtown Kissimmee is a must. The guests can choose from nearly six miles of restaurants offering Mexican, Indian, Italian, and Chinese food. The house is located close to both Kissimmee and Orlando in central Florida, just 11 miles from World Drive, the entrance to Disney World, Epcot Centre, Disney MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom and Typhoon Lagoon. Highlands Reserve championship golf course is just across the street. Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are about one hour drive away, whilst the drive to Tampa and the white sands of the Gulf Coast takes about one and a half hours. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, DVD, garage, internet access and washer/dryer.   For stays than 5 days guest will be required to pay a cleaning fee at time of check in.
