The residence was renovated in 2009 and offers 25 fully equipped apartments (2 to 12 persons). Facilities include a lobby, lift access, Internet access and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicle in the car park. All of the apartments are spacious, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Each comes with an en suite bathroom, satellite cable TV, individually regulated heating and a terrace. The kitchens feature a fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. Bedlinen and towels are not provided (extra services).
