Muy buena. Las recepcionistas muy amables las dos que me atendieron. Como el servicio de lavado y planchado tarda varios días, me dejaron una tabla y una plancha para la ropa del día de la boda a la que asistí. Lo que más nos gustó de este hotel era su situación y que no está en la zona de marcha, es tranquilo. La habitación que nos dieron daba a la calle. Amplia, sencilla y bien de limpieza. Lo mejor el menú para las cenas bastante económico y bueno. El trato con los empleados fenomenal.

Está en una zona céntrica, aunque no hay aparcamiento, hay un parking enfrente del hotel que tiene un precio negociado y no es muy caro. Yo no lo usé. La habitación estaba bien, cómoda y limpia. Se encuentra frente al río Segre, pedí una habitación con vistas al río y, aunque me costó un poco más, disfruté de unas espléndidas vistas y el suplemento tampoco era mucho. Está situado cerca del ayuntamiento y la zona comercial. Disponen de wifi gratuito en todo el hotel, un punto a favor. Personal muy bueno, gracias por su atención
