He estado 3 noches. Apartamentos muy calurosos. Había opción de contratar un ventilador pagando 20€. Limpieza regular. Falta de seguridad ya que habian robado días atrás. La comida din variedad y el todo incluido un desastre.

Falta mucho personal para el complejo que es. Limpieza hubo poca, no había variedad de comida, animación no tenia, dimos queja a recepción de que estaban haciendo ruido en la piscina a las 11:00 pm y nos dijeron que nos aguantáramos hasta que viniera seguridad a las 12:00 am. Hablamos con la dirección del hotel y la respuestas es que teníamos que a...

El apartamento un poco alejado, había que subir muchas escaleras. Yo estaba recuperándome de una operación de rodilla y subir y bajar tantas escaleras no me hicieron ningún bien. Quizás debería de haberlo dicho al hacer la reserva. La tele no se veía muy bien a causa del cable de la antena. Por lo demás todo bien.

Los apartamentos y las instalaciones estan bastante bien, la atención de sus empleados muy bien, nos atendieron estupendamente y muy amables, animador, camareras etc...... lo único que no estaba del todo bien era la comida, el desayuno y el almuerzo bastante bien pero las cenas dejaba mucho que desear.

Apartamentos comodos y muy limpio, lo unico son las instalaciones comunes como la piscina que estaba un poco descuidada, el mini club para los niños muy bien, y el trato de las cuidadoras muy agradable.
