El hotel es muy céntrico y muy tranquilo, sin embargo, el personal, siendo correcto, y por ser nosotros clientes habituales, aprox 100 estancias con más de 300 noches hospedados, y aún habiendo pagado una habitacion superior, nos dieron una inferior, en otros momentos, teniendo desayuno incluido nos confirmaron que no estaba incluída.. la verdad es...

El hotel esté muy bien ubicado, tranquilo. Las habitaciones en muchos casos suites son muy amplias. Confortables. En recepción, sin ser cordiales, son correctos. Tampoco tienen ninguna deferencia con clientes con los que nos hemos hospedado aprox 100 veces.

Es un hotel my tranquilo con las suites muy acogedoras y amplias. Se agradecería que el personal de las habitaciones no chillara mucho para poder dejar dormir en las mismas, pero no es nada generalizado y el mismo personal es muy agradable.
