Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel. En esta ocasión nos dieron en primer lugar una habitación que no tenía nada que ver con la que nos alojamos el año pasado, por eso tuvimos que reclamar otra similar a esta última. Accedieron a nuestra petición y todo muy bien.

Hotel moderno y cómodo. Al lado de la estación de atocha. El personal es amable. Me indicaron que mi tarifa de habitación, nada barata por cierto, no incluía el wifi gratuito. Me parece ridículo que en los años en que estamos tengas que pagar por usar internet, ya podíamos aprender de otros países en esto.

La mejor definición para este hotel es que es muy confortable. La habitación que nos dieron estaba en el Edificio Lacy, era amplia, moderna, insonorizada, con una ducha hidromasaje y el wc en un cuartito aparte. Tenía un pequeño frigorífico, que a diferencia de lo que ocurre en otros hoteles, no generaba el menor ruído. Los conductos del aire tampo...

Hotel muy cerca de la estación de Atocha 5 minutos andando, limpio, habitación grande y comoda. El servicio de check incheck out rápido y correcto. El desayuno es caro.

Limpieza perfecta, personal muy amable y silencio absoluto!! El único inconveniente es que las habitaciones no cuenten con conexión wifi.
