El spa, el baño turco solo funcionó un dia y olia mal, la piscina el agua estaba fria, el hotel esta reformandose,a las 8 de la mañana estaba haciendo agujeros en la pared con un taladro, la habitación deja mucho que desear, y mas habiendo contratado la.habitación premium, frio en todo el hotel, generalmente la estancia a sido pésima, los empleados...

No volvería a alojarme en este hotel. Todo estaba muy sucio. Es el peor en el que he estado nunca. Tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros mismos. En el desayuno los vasos parecían no estar lavados. La funda del colchón estaba manchada y llena de pelos. Los muebles de la cocina están rotos y mohosos. El aspecto del hotel es decadente. El personal muy amable...

Hola! es el peor hotel al que hemos ido, las habitaciones daban pena de las grietas que hay!! la verdad es q necesita una buena lavada de cara. Muy mal!!! decepcionado!! no se como se le puede llamar buffet a lo que ofrecen ya q cuando se terminaba lo q habia ya no tenian para reponer que triste!!!! ademas me quede helado cuando por pedir una botella de agua de litro y medio me cobran 4 euros!! toma ya!!!! nunca mas!!! y lo q mas me fastidia es q era una sorpresa para mi mujer!!.

Ocupamos la habitación el 30 de dicemb. hasta el la salida el 4 de Enero, solo fue una vez la CAMARERA HA SUPUESTAMENTE HACER LA HABITACION hizo las camas y vacio las papeleras.
