Los colchones de las camas tan duros que me produjeron una contractura muscular y tuvimos que abandonar el hotel un día antes, por supuesto sin la devolución del dinero pagado previamente al hacer la reserva. Venden más plazas del parking a 12 euros por noche de las disponibles, con el inconveniente de que si sales, después cuando llegas no tienes...

Hotel confortable y elegante, situado lo más cerca que puedes estar del casco histórico sin meterte en él a cinco minutos paseando de la librería Lello o de la Torre de los Clérigos, por ejemplo. Personal muy atento y agradable.

El hotel esta bastante centrico y es completamente nuevo, la habitacion y el baño son amplios y su equipacion muy buena, aire acondiconado, minibar, tv y carta de almohadas, ademas todo muy limpio. Tienen parking disponible en el hotel por 12 euros diarios. El desayuno muy pero que muy completo, es bufet y tienen de todo.

Very good value for money, staff very helpful, rooms good housekeeping needs attention to detail, we checked in the hotel for 3 nights had to stay 5 nights, due to flight delays so we checked in to the same room twice to find the extra pillows in the wardrobe had the same pillow cases on. They had not been changed, but overall very good.

Hotel muy agradable, bien situado y muy limpio. Las habitaciones disponen de todo lo que podria necesitar, son amplias y estan bien conservadas. El personal ha sido en todo momento muy agradable y dispuesto a la hora de prestar ayuda, informacion, etc.
