El hotel en general muy bien. El tema de la intolerancia a la lactosa no tanto, tuve que insistir varias veces para que avisaran al jefe de cocina y cuando vino le pedí algún postre de chocolate y aún lo estoy esperando. No se tiene muy en cuenta esta intolerancia te dicen que de postre tienes fruta que está muy bien, pero cuando uno va de vacacion...

El Hotel es un maravilla. Las instalaciones están nuevas, las habitaciones amplias, bonitas y limpias. El buffet no es exagerado, quiero decir que no hay gran variedad de alimentos pero si que hacen comida a la plancha, al momento y todo esta muy rico. Me parece que es un hotel que está muy por debajo de la calidad que dice tener, ya que el servicio spa está en pésimas condiciones y el servicio de habitaciones es pésimo no han sido capaces de cambiar las toallas húmedas en estos cuatro días ni de reponer el jabón de manos por no decir de limpiar la papelera del baño en toda la estancia.

En general, bastante mal. No es un 4 estrellas ni por aproximación. La habitación no estaba demasiado limpia cuando llegamos. La limpieza en días posteriores no mejoro, el suelo de la habitación ha tenido arena todo el tiempo, no había sábanas del tamaño de la cama unian tres pequeñas para cubrirla, tiramos toallas al suelo para que las cambiarán y...
