Hotel céntrico en la misma Plaza de Charco del Puerto de la Cruz. Personal agradable e instalaciones normales para un 3 estrellas de batalla. El servicio de buffet justito, justito.

Bien para el precio que tiene pero tienen que mejorar algunas cosas hormigas en la habitación, sin microondas, mal aislamiento mucho ruido por música en directo todas las noches hasta las 12 y pico de la noche. El hotel está bien situado, pero la zona es muy ruidosa. La estancia buena ya que llevamos varios años cogiendo en dicho apartamento por las fiestas, lo unico que no hay microondas en el Apartamento.
