Son muy estrictos con normas que no tiene ningun otro hotel como la de que no se permiten visitas lo normal es que no se pueda quedar nadie pero entrar a visitarte en mi caso quedamos para ver el barsa madrid y no dejaron entrar a nadie y con contestas un poco fuera de contexto.

Lamentable no estoy nada conforme con el trato la recepcionista que a la vez era la dueña del complejo estuvo todo el tiempo controlando nuestras acciones pidiendonos incluso que bajasemos la voz, tampoco permitieron visitas no dejaron a mis padres acceder al recinto y solamente venian a traernos las mochilas la verdad es que no le recomiendo a nad...

El apartamento bien, bien situado, la gente muy amable y simpatica, lo único que no cambiaban las habitaciones y solo hicieron la habitación un día, falto papel higienico, etc, que en otros apartamentos de precios parecidos nos hacian la habitación, cambiaban y limpiaban mas.
