This family-friendly apartment complex in 150 hectares of grounds is an international resort which offers the unique opportunity to ski in the well-renowned ski resort of Bansko in the winter and to enjoy the aristocratic game of golf in summer. It offers guests holiday properties and luxurious trading areas for sale and rent and manages a top-level golf club at the same time. The properties at the resort represent 3 residential districts, Downtown, Lake and Pirin. They are reminiscent of the typical structure of a town with its busy trading area and the different residential districts. Accommodation is provided in a total of 29 studios.
