Neboder is located in Rijeka, Kvarner Bay. The hotel is located on a small hill at the Su'ak side of Rijeka, about 2 km from the city centre, where guests will find numerous restaurants and shops. As one of 2 skyscrapers in the city centre, it can be seen from any place in the city. Public transport links can be found some 200 m from the hotel. This 54-room city hotel was renovated in 2007. Guests are welcomed into a reception hall with a 24-hour check-in service. Facilities at this air-conditioned establishment include a hotel safe, lift access and a restaurant. There are also conference facilities available on site. Guests may use a small car park in the vicinity, for which keys need to be obtained from the hotel reception. The hotel comprises 54 standard and superior rooms, mostly with balconies and views of Rijeka and Kvarner Bay. All rooms are en suite and come equipped with a direct dial telephone, Internet access and satellite TV. The hotel provides a daily buffet breakfast. Access by car may be difficult to a certain extent due to traffic regulations and, if arriving from Rijeka centre (i.e. from the west), one needs to drive towards the eastern exit from the city. While travelling along the left lane of this one-way street, the hotel building is passed (seen from the left). After 300 m, a sharp turn has to be made to the left, which will lead the driver back to the centre through Strossmayer's Street. The building will be easily visible and this time on the right-hand side of the street.
