The hotel is located 1.6 km from the town of Red Hook on the eastern tip of the island of Saint Thomas. Red Hook features many conveniences and numerous grocers, along with many additional dining options. The ferry service to San Juan and the Virgin Islands is near the hotel, which is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Renovated in 2010, the air-conditioned apartment hotel offers a lobby, safe and parking. There are 79 suites on offer. All rooms have individually regulated air conditioning, a safe, cable television, a ceiling fan and telephones. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath and hairdryer. The suites are furnished with king-size beds. Further standard amenities include Internet access, an ironing set, and a balcony or terrace. The kitchens feature a fridge, cooker, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests may take an invigorating dip in the outdoor swimming pool. Refreshments are served at the poolside snack bar. Sun loungers are laid out at the hotel and on the sandy beach for use. Diving, windsurfing and sailing are available for additional fees. Canoeing, tennis and beach volleyball are further leisure options provided. A golf course is roughly a 15-minute drive away.
