Positivo: excelente hotel para quem pretende ir aos Parques PortAventura, tem transfer gratuito e os bilhetes têm um excelente desconto. Comida bastante boa principalmente ao pequeno-almoço e ao jantar. Fica a 10 min a pé da praia. Mesmo ao lado tem um estacionamento privativo com muito bom preço. Aconselho o hotel. Muy contenta con la página, los precios son muy buenos en comparación a otras páginas, y la forma de pago es ideal porque no pagas hasta que queda muy poco y está muy bien porque te puede pasar cambios de última hora y te da tranquilidad de poder cambiar sin problema.

Muy bien todo, lo único que no hacen picnic, si vas a portaventura pierdes la comida que tenías ya pagada. Y problema para una hamaca en la piscina porque la gente las reservan sin estar.

Un poco viejo y descuidado para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Necesitaría algo de reforma. La comida tampoco hace relación a las estrellas, ya sea por la calidad como la preparación. Fantástico hotel!. Personal muy amable, los apartamentos amplios y limpios, el buffet bien, normalito, las piscinas muy bien, aunque las zonas de tumbonas muy juntas unas con otras. Hay un miniclub para los niños que está súper bien. Luli y Nuria super majas!.
