Aunque el hotel es céntrico y está limpio, el precio es demasiado caro para el nivel del hotel. Además ese mismo día se juntaron una despedida de soltero y una celebración familiar y el ruido de los pasillos fue tremendo.

Ubicación muy buena. Próximo a zonas de interés cultural y de ocio. Carece de parking. Tienen concierto con uno de pago a 5 minutos. Habitación cómoda pero oscura. Baño deficiente.

Muy buena impresión del hotel, sin embargo diría que dormir en la primera planta es un inconveniente ya que se escuchan las voces de los trabajadores del servicio de limpieza, sin tener consideración de las personas que estan durmiendo.

El hotel está un poco escondido en una calle estrecha por lo que hay que aparcar un tanto lejos, o bien en algun parking público son caros o fuera del centro. Bueno y correcto el trato del personal. Acceso en coche al hotel no muy cómodo, debido a que se encuentra en pleno centro de Toledo y es zona de residentes.
