Sipar is located in Umag, Istria. This attractive beach hotel is situated on the Punta Peninsula, around 1 km from the heart of Umag. It lies directly on the beautiful shingle beach (with bathing areas). Restaurants and bars are also situated in the vicinity and the public transport ( little tourist train ) can be accessed just few meters from the hotel. This hotel comprises a total of 144 rooms spread over 4 floors of which 36 are single rooms and 108 are double rooms. Guests may make use of the foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift, a TV room and bike hire. There is also a cosy bar, shops, a small supermarket, a newspaper stand and an à la carte restaurant. The in-house laundry service can also be taken advantage of. A playground and car parking facilities are to be found outside of the hotel. The tastefully decorated rooms come with their own bathroom and lounge a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Air conditioning, central heating and a balcony. The impressive outdoor complex has a saltwater pool, a pool bar as well as sun loungers and parasols, Guests are also offered a massage service, 3 tennis courts, table tennis, trying out archery, horse riding, basketball, billiards, a minigolf course and a varied entertainment programme. Various water sports can be undertaken on the beach, such as banana boat and motorboat rides and water skiing. Parasols and sun loungers are also available for use on the beach (with surcharge). Guests are offered breakfast and evening meals in the form of a buffet and it is also possible to have evening meals à la carte. Special dietary requirements as well as individual-specific dishes may be prepared.
