Estos apartamentos estan bien situados, y bien distribuidos, pero el mantenimiento y la conservacion de los mismos, deja mucho que desear las paredes sucias y con grandes rasguños, la pintura rota, dejando a la vista el yeso de las paredes, y las manchas los muebles con manchas de liquidos, que se han comido el barniz, muy desagradable! los sopotes...

Los apartamentos estan muy limpios, los espacios bien distribuidos, falta control de mantenimiento de iluminación, lamparas fundidas en la cocina y en la mesita de noche. bien resuelto el guarda esquis, muy comodo.
