Hotel céntrico, a un paseo de los lugares más interesantes de Vitoria, con un personal amable, agradable y atento, que nos atendieron con suma cordialidad y a los que desde aquí quiero agradecerles lo bien que nos trataron y el favor que nos hicieron permitiéndonos alargar hasta las 14.00 horas nuestra hora de salida.

Personal muy agradable, con rápida y eficaz atención a cualquier sugerencia. Hotel muy bien ubicado, de carácter antiguo en su construcción tránquilo en la zona, de cómodo y fácil acceso al llegar a la ciudad y dentro de ella. Limpio. Un poco ruidoso en la conformación de su suelo dentro del baño. Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena.
