It consists of the old country house, -originally built in 1817-, the farmhouses and the outlying warehouses. These old buildings have been recently renovated with full respect for the country culture -the old well is still in the middle of the farmyard-, without neglecting the elegance of the furniture and the modernity of the services. The property features comfortable rooms, furnished with period furniture, bathrooms with showers, air-conditioning, TV-SAT and minibar. There are double bed or twin beds. And it is possible to add another single bed (guests should indicate this option when booking). From Lamezia Terme airport/railway station: follow the directions for Catanzaro. Drive along the E848 for approx 30 km. Follow the directions for Crotone/Taranto. Drive along the SS106 for approx. 20 km, passing through Sellia Marina and Cropani Marina. In Botricello follow the directions for La Casa di Botro/Villaggio Carioca.
