Floriana Village is located in Simeri Mare, Calabria. This family-friendly beach hotel is located on the Ionian Coast, 8 km north of Catanzaro Lido, an ideal place for making excursions out to the Sila, the Aeolian Islands and the Reggio Calabria Museum to see the Riace Bronzes. Catanzaro Lido train station is approximately 8 km away from the holiday village. The 346-room hotel, completely refurbished, is a large complex and offers an excellent variety of services. Directly on the beach, it is surrounded by a magnificent landscape, characterised by beautiful, well-kept gardens with plants and flowers welcoming the guests up to the entrance. A large area of eucalyptus trees separates the village from the beach reserved for hotel guests. The rooms have original floor plans of 1 or 2 levels, surrounded by greenery and lined with brightly coloured flowers. The hotel offers guests use of a lobby with 24-hour reception, an auditorium, games room, TV lounge, children's playground, kids' club, restaurant, Internet access (for a fee) and a car park. The rooms have been refurbished and are equipped with a telephone, TV, air conditioning, fridge (restocking service on request) and an en suite bathroom with shower. The rooms are either on the ground floor, most of them with a little patio or on the upper floor. Rooms are available in different types from 1 to 4 beds and also feature double beds and safe. Walking along the indoor paths, guests will arrive at the centre of the village where the sports buildings are, the little square where games take place, the children's area and the incredible swimming pool with children's swimming area, sun loungers and parasols.
