The hotel is located in the east of St. Maarten set amongst one of the island's most stunning landscapes. It is located between coves and curves along mile-long Dawn Beach with its clear blue water. There are restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity with bars and clubs on Orient Bay, which is some 10 minutes away. The hotel features 185 rooms and suites in total, including 2-bedroom, 1-bedroom suites and studios. Guests of this club resort are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, as well as a hotel safe. Air conditioning, a hotel safe, wireless Internet access, and a car park are available. Guests also have a choice of bars and restaurants on site. Almost all the rooms have a private furnished balcony with view of the ocean or beach with the exception of the studios. The rooms have a nightstand with an alarm clock, dining table for two, flat-screen television with DVD player, drawers and a wall closet with an in-room safe, iron and ironing board, an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and hairdryer, and a kitchenette with full-size fridge, a two-hob stove and a microwave.
