Muy bien la ubicacion del hotel. Muy mal acceso, 2 horas intentando llegar al hotel, estando ya dentro de Puerto de la Cruz. Las habitaciones con muy poca luz, te piden 20 euros de deposito para el mando a distancia de la tele. El mini bar hay que pagar lo antes,esta bajo llave. Si repetimos ir a Tenerife nos iriamos a otro hotel. Gracias!.

Ropa de cama sucia, dimos aviso para cambiarlo, no siendo repuesto durante toda la estancia. Pomo puerta baño suelto. Bañera desconchada. Azulejos rotos. No se merece ni muchísimo menos las estrellas que posee.
