Located in St. John, on the U.S. Virgin Islands this hotel is close to attractions such as the Lone Elaine Sprauve Library and Museum, Trunk Bay and St. John Spice. Cruz Bay can be reached in around a 5-minute walk from the hotel. This is an intimate boutique condominium property, offering a total of eight condo units throughout the entire air-conditioned property. It is located just steps from the beach and WLAN Internet access is available throughout the entire property. Guests of this establishment are welcomed in the lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service. A hotel safe, room service and a laundry service are also provided. The hotel also features a car park and garage. Rooms come with a king-size bed, luxury kitchen, living room, satellite TV, WLAN Internet access, balcony with ocean views and steps that lead directly to the beach. All are en suite with a shower, bath, hairdryer and beach towels. Standard in-room amenities include a radio, hifi, Internet access and safe. The kitchen includes a minibar, fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. A washing machine, ironing set, air conditioning and heating also feature in the accommodation. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool, or relax on the sun loungers or in the hot tub. Sun loungers are also provided at the nearby pebble beach. Those arriving from the airport have two options to reach the hotel, the first is via the port Charlotte Amalie (limited ferry schedule) which includes a 15-minute service taxi from the airport to the port and a 45-minute boat ride to Cruz Bay. The second option is via the Red Hook port (ferry schedule per hour) with a 45-minute taxi service from the airport to the port and 20-minute boat ride from Cruz Bay.
